About the event
'Night of Connection'
This evening brings together first responders from the triangle area and beyond, along with public safety professionals and community leaders from across North Carolina, for a night centered on cumulativetrauma awareness, wellness, healing, and connection. Together, we’ll hear from leading wellness experts, explore the impact of cumulative trauma, and create space for meaningful conversations about resilience. It’s also a chance to recharge, unwind, and honor the dedication these professionals bring to our communities.

Fireside Chats & Q&A: Hear from first responders and health officials as they participate in intimate, 15–20 minute fireside chats. These discussions will center on stress management, emotional wellbeing, and available mental health resources, concluding with an open Q&A session for the audience.
Food & Fun: Connect with fellow first responders and your loved ones over a delicious Dinner Buffet, Bar, a live DJ, and a night of dancing!
