Why CORE Exists

The CORE Program, led by the Public Safety Action Committee (PSAC) headquartered in Johnston County, North Carolina, addresses opioid, alcohol, and substance use crises through coordinated community response, recovery navigation, prevention education, and public safety collaboration.
